HOW WE HANDLE YOUR ACCOUNT

See How We Apply These Terms Day to Day

These terms are not abstract policy — they describe exactly how account data is stored, how your wallet transactions are logged, and what happens if a dispute arises.

Data Retention

We retain your account data — transaction records, login history, and communication logs — for as long as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction and for the duration your account remains active with us.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses session and preference cookies to keep your account state between pages. You can manage cookie permissions through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how certain lobby features load.

Account Security

Access to your account is protected by password and, where enabled, two-step verification. Under these terms, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your login.

Requesting Changes

You may request a correction to your registered personal data — name, email, linked UPI ID — by contacting support with valid proof. We aim to process verified correction requests within five business days.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining INR balance will be returned to your verified PhonePe or Paytm wallet after identity verification, per the withdrawal terms in this agreement.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a transaction or account decision conflicts with these terms, submit a formal dispute through email within 30 days of the event. We will review the account log and respond with a written determination.

Switch Through Common Questions on These Terms

These answers address the clauses account holders ask about most often — covering eligibility, data rights, UPI transaction rules, and how to raise a formal dispute under this agreement.

These terms apply to every person who opens an account on matkajinet where local law permits. By completing registration and accessing the lobby, you confirm you have read and accepted every clause in this agreement.

Yes. We may revise these terms at any time. We will notify you by email to your registered address before material changes take effect. Continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the updated version.

Funds deposited via UPI or Paytm are held in your account wallet. If your account is suspended for a terms breach, any balance you are entitled to under the investigation outcome will be returned through the same payment method you used.

Contact our support team by email with a copy of valid identification and details of the data that needs correcting. We aim to verify and apply approved corrections within five business days of receiving complete documentation.

No. Access depends entirely on whether online wagering is permitted under the laws of your specific state or union territory. You are responsible for checking local law before using the platform; matkajinet does not extend access where it is prohibited.

We retain transaction logs — including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe records — for the period required by applicable law and for as long as your account is open. You can request a copy of your own transaction history via support.

Submit your dispute in writing to our support email within 30 days of the event in question. Include your account ID, the date of the transaction or decision, and the specific clause you believe was not applied correctly.
